Marketing Specialist / Event Organiser

Ubicación: Zabbix Headquarters, Riga, Latvia

As a part of Marketing team you will:

• Plan and organize Zabbix events – meetups, conferences, expo in Latvia and abroad
• Coordinate sponsors, speakers, partners, and all involved parties for each event
• Manage designer tasks for each project
• Communicate with event attendees and solve different issues
• Plan project’s budget and activities
• Ensure project execution on time with excellent client service and quality
• Arrange project external communication and advertising activities based on approved plan
• Be involved in other team activities and projects

What we expect:

• Previous experience in Communications and/or Marketing, Event management, Sales, IT, Telecommunication field with a successful record of organizing events
• Preciseness, high responsibility, client-oriented way of work and resistance
• Advanced time management and organizational skills
• Excellent English written and spoken skills, Latvian on conversational level
• Well-versed with commonly used computer desktop applications
• A team-player with high energy and positive attitude
• Higher degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or IT field

Remuneración:

• Remuneración mensual: 1550.00 to 2100.00 EUR
