Zabbix Japan LLC (Tokyo, Japan) and TIS Inc. (IT Holdings Group, Tokyo, Japan) have signed Zabbix Certified partnership agreement. By signing this agreement, TIS aims to provide Zabbix official support to its customers.
TIS Inc. promotes OSS utilization which aims to adopt OSS to mission critical system in the enterprise area, and to realize optimal system configuration demanded in the cloud area. The company systematizes its knowledge to utilize OSS as "ISHIGAKI Template". So, Zabbix was chosen for the monitoring and operational part of "ISHIGAKI Template". TIS Inc. also developed and opened OSS extension for Zabbix, called HyClops for Zabbix that allows automatic monitoring of services used by a customer at AWS (Amazon Web Services) & VMware vSphere.
By becoming Zabbix Company certified partner TIS will not only provide system integration for Zabbix installations, but also deliver generous Zabbix technical support and promote a further use of Zabbix solution.
