As a part of our team you will:

• Develop and implement lead generation initiatives
• Optimize and manage website content
• Manage paid ads and other paid activities
• Identify useful site performance metrics and collect, analyze, and report site usage data
• Review, analyze, and resolve usability issues in cooperation with web developers
• Create consistent and effective digital campaigns in a variety of channels
• Measure marketing metrics, analyze data, and draw conclusions to improve campaigns
• Work closely with the sales team to design sales funnels that convert
• Conduct market research on consumer requirements, habits, and trends

What we expect:

• A track record of success in an international business environment, preferably with a global employer
• A working knowledge of email marketing
• A thorough understanding of website design and administration
• Extensive Google Analytics experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• The ability to write and edit effectively in English
• Effective organizational skills and outstanding attention to detail
• A detailed knowledge of website technical SEO
• Fluency in markup and programming languages (including HTML, XML, and CSS) would be a plus
