Zabbix Certified Training is designed to ensure knowledge transfer between the top Zabbix experts and students in a short period of time.

Courses consist of practical tasks, where each student gets to deploy and configure a Zabbix instance under the guidance of a Zabbix Certified trainer. The students learn to configure monitoring endpoints and solve complex monitoring tasks. Wolfgang Alper started his IT career in 1988 and is now the CEO of IntelliTrend GmbH. In 2005 he implemented the first projects based on Zabbix, one of the leading open source enterprise class monitoring solutions. Since then IntelliTrend GmbH became a certified Zabbix Solution Partner and Wolfgang a certified Zabbix trainer. The company is specialized in large scale network monitoring and related custom development.

Wolfgang Alper begann seine IT Karriere in 1988 und ist heute Geschäftsführer der IntelliTrend GmbH. In 2005 begann er die ersten Projekte mit Zabbix, einer der führenden Open Source Netzwerk Monitoring Lösungen, umzusetzen. Edgars MelverisTechnical Support Engineer, Trainer, Zabbix SIAEdgars has more than 15 years of experience as a System Administrator and 11 years of experience working with Zabbix monitoring solution. He is knowledgeable in administering Linux and networking. Edgars is Zabbix Technical Support Engineer and Certified Trainer.

Since 1994, François-Hugues was involved with customers from different sectors - public, private, industry, service, telecom, banking - for consulting or deployment of monitoring solutions (based both on licensed and open-source software), i.e., planning and scheduling these solutions. In 2016, through his analysis of software market, François-Hugues chose to accelerate the use of Zabbix monitoring solution and formalize his expertise in it by attending Zabbix certified training, meanwhile continuing the implementations of Zabbix solution. François-Hugues became Zabbix Certified Trainer in October 2019.

Patrik had 16 years of experience in IT and monitoring of mainframes before joining Open-Future, B.V.B.A in 2012. The company is a long-time partner of Zabbix and one of the first training partners. Patrik has been involved in the delivery of several successful Zabbix projects to customers in Belgium. In the beginning of 2013, Patrik decided to progress to the next level and attended training in Riga to become a Zabbix Certified Trainer. Since then Patrik has delivered several trainings worldwide and has written several successful books about Zabbix. His first book the Zabbix Cookbook and his last book Zabbix 4 Network monitoring.

Marek Konečný has more than 15 years of experience in IT monitoring solutions working for S & T CEE Holding s.r.o. company. He is the architect and implementer of dozens of large-scale monitoring solutions for many customers based on several products (HP, CA, Micro Focus...). He has been implementing monitoring solutions primarily built on the Zabbix platform for more than 10 years. Marek is also the author of several extensions and modules for Zabbix.

Over 10 years of experience with Windows computers, but "deep down in my heart, there is this little bash terminal, which always makes me happy", says Aigars. Aigars' attention has been driven by single board computers, low power devices, docker containers, web scrapping and monitoring in general. Loves one-liners. Kickstarting is a thing. Programming languages are all the same: there is sequence, loops, and it's hard to read the code when you are in a hurry. Aigars has started to work with Zabbix as of version 3.4, he holds Zabbix Certified Specialist, Professional and Expert certifications.

Tomas is working in initMAX s.r.o. and is a big fan of opensource, that includes Zabbix monitoring solution. He specializes in application servers, automation and monitoring. Over the past ten years, he has been involved in the implementation of several large-scale projects having immense positive impact on customer IT environment. Tomas was awarded the highest level of certification by Red Hat (Certified Red Hat Architect) in 2016.

After working with Zabbix for several years (started with Zabbix 1.8), Brian started his own company Opensource ICT Solutions in the Netherlands and United States. From that moment the main focus is a consultancy, support and training on the product Zabbix.

In this role, he is seeing, building and maintaining Zabbix environments all over the world for various customers. This means the level of experience is getting higher and higher by the day. During his trainings, his aim is to transfer as much of this knowledge as possible to the attendees.

With more than 8 years of experience in Information Technology, Robert is an expert in network and server administration, virtualization, containers and monitoring. Currently his primary focus is IT monitoring with Zabbix, automation, python development and containers. Robert has also contributed to Zabbix community as a speaker at Zabbix Conference Latin America 2019 and Zabbix Meetups in Brazil.

Kārlis Saliņš has more than 5 years of experience working as a System Administrator, DBA, and 4+ years of experience working with Zabbix. Before pursuing opportunities and professional development at Zabbix, Kārlis worked in the finance sector in a team responsible for the availability of core banking services. Currently, Karlis is a Certified Zabbix Expert and a Zabbix Trainer and works as a Technical Support Engineer.

Joining Hewlett-Packard company in 1985 , Alain used to manage Unix IT projects, in Grenoble, Milano and Geneva Head Quarter, where he has developed the first Database Monitoring Solution for IT Europe on top of HP OpenView. From 1999 he created his own company providing Open Source Monitoring Solutions. Alain was among the first adopters of Zabbix Monitoring Solution, and he has been working with Zabbix for over 6 years now. Mr. Ganuchaud holds Zabbix Certified Specialist, Zabbix for Large Environments, and Zabbix Certified Trainer certificates.

Aleksandrs has more than 10 years of experience in IT, providing support on the vast list of services, starting with basic technical support while deploying and administering web hosting services and moving to support of streaming technology equipment, data, optical systems, and network communication systems.Eventually, the wish of providing high-quality support in a constantly evolving environment of Zabbix led to the path of a Support Engineer for Zabbix customers, which was followed by Zabbix Certified Specialist, Professional and Expert certifications, to allow sharing experience and knowledge of Zabbix all around the globe.

Andy Zhou is the first Zabbix Certified Trainer in China and has nearly 10 years of IT administration and maintenance experience, 5 years of experience in Zabbix monitoring solution, and long-term experience in the field of ITOM and ITOA. Andy has worked on many IT administration and maintenance projects in China for insurance and financial industries.

Nathan Liefting has a rich history as a Network Engineer in large scale ISP and MSP networks, with techniques like BGP, EVPN and more. He was introduced to Zabbix back in 2016 when version 2.0 was still running. Since then monitoring has always been a priority for him in any of the networks he has worked in.
In 2020 he switched from a Network Engineering focus to working as a with Zabbix environments full-time. It was at this time as well that he got his trainer certification and started sharing his knowledge of Zabbix monitoring with others.

Dimitri Bellini is a System Integrator at Quadrata di Bellini Dimitri. He had over 10 years on Unix experience within enterprise environment with extensive knowledge of storage arrays and SANs. Dimitri is using Zabbix since 2005.

In the beginning of 2013 he has attended Zabbix Certified Trainer course. Dimitri characterizes himself as Open Source solutions evangelist.

Thomas got his first taste of databases with “DB2” on “SGI irix” at the tender age of 10. He has focused on relational databases such as “Microsoft SQL Server”, \PostgreSQL\ and “MySQL/MariaDB” for over 17 years. His experience in the design of databases and associated performance optimization provides the ideal basis for Zabbix with its database back-end. He is also a professional in Windows environments, Linux and networking.

Thomas has held database training courses for more than 15 years; he also works as a database consultant. He is a Zabbix Certified Professional and a Zabbix Certified Trainer, the first in Zabbix 4.0 since October 2018. He delivers training in German and English. His experience with Zabbix stretches back over more than 10 years.

Rhein-Main Solutions GmbH has been a Zabbix Certified Solution Partner since January 2017 and a Zabbix Certified Training Partner since October 2018.

Paulo Roberto Deolindo is a Systems Analyst specializing in Information Technology Project Management and Production and Systems. Paulo is a Zabbix Certified Expert of version 6.0 and acts as a project mentor of Unirede. He also holds specific certifications in Project Management, Information Security and Cybernetics, and is observing Data Protection Laws in Brazil and around the world, such as the GDPR.

Kaspars has more than 15 years of experience as a Network Administrator and more than 10 years of experience in Zabbix. Kaspars is highly knowledgeable about networking, SQL based databases (MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle), Windows and Linux server administration. Previously worked in banking sector, administering and monitoring bank network infrastructure. Kaspars is a Zabbix Support Engineer and Chief Trainer.

Robert Hoekstra is a professional in his field of work. With over 25 years of Linux experience, a number of Red Hat certifications to earn Red Hat Certified Architect status as well as the number of certifications towards becoming a Zabbix trainer, he knows what he’s talking about. And also, his main drive is to bring across knowledge and expertise. His goal is to make the students understand the product and succeed at their exam, to put their gained knowledge to work afterwards.

Christian Anton has over 10 years of experience with IT Monitoring, network technologies and Open Source Software. He has also been delivering product trainings for more than 5 years, and has worked as a consultant and pre-sales engineer at several mid-sized and large customers. Zabbix is a strategic product at secadm to support customers making their IT operations more reliable and giving quick insights in case of incidents. The systems management team at secadm offers services, support, implementation, custom development and trainings for and with Zabbix.

Since early 2017, Christian Anton delivers Zabbix trainings in German, English and Spanish.

With more than 12 years of experience in Information Technology, Fernando started activities in the monitoring field about 8 years ago when working with Zabbix. He started with Zabbix 1.6 version and in this time he deployed many Zabbix environments for large and medium companies. Fernando holds Zabbix Certified Specialist and Professional certification and in 2018 he became Zabbix Certified Trainer.

Currently Allenta Consulting is an official Zabbix Training Partner in Spain and also provides other Zabbix services, like implementation and integration.

Arturs Lontons has more than 5 years experience in different IT-related positions - from managing various business applications and internal procedures, in academic and retail environments, to working as a part of a large support and administration team in the aviation industry - managing diverse aspects of mixed Linux and Windows server infrastructure, setting up and configuring network equipment and working on improving internal IT workflows.After having worked with Zabbix in his previous work positions, Arturs decided to take up his next challenge and become a part of the Zabbix team. Having certified as a Zabbix Professional and Trainer, Arturs now works as a Technical Support Engineer at Zabbix and conducts Zabbix training courses.

Robert has more than 5 years experience using Zabbix to monitor various IT components,and using his knowledge in IT administration for automating things with Python and delivering custom solutions.

Robert shares his knowledge freely during internal workshops as well as lectures provided for high schools and universities.

With more than 20 years of experience in the technology environment and firmly committed to the use and promotion of free software. Gustavo has held various positions from programmer to database administrator and Linux administrator, detecting potential risk scenarios and taking proactive actions to avoid them. He’s always interested in sharing and acquiring new knowledge.
