Partner Relation Manager

As a part of our team you will:

  • Proactively identify and work with new potential partners while maintaining strong relationships with existing affiliates
  • Build and nurture long-term partner relationships through regular communication and collaboration; support partners daily and help them successfully develop their business with our solutions
  • Drive revenue growth through the partner sales channel; monitor partner performance and ensure KPI targets are met
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate partner agreements and contracts; maintain accurate partner records and documentation in Zabbix CRM system
  • Manage administrative aspects of partner cooperation, including issuing invoices and tracking related documentation
  • Ensure structured and precise execution of partner-related processes
  • Participate in international conferences and exhibitions to strengthen relationships with existing partners and establish new ones; represent the company at partner and joint events worldwide

What we expect:

  • At least 3 years of experience in partner relationship management, sales, or a similar role in the IT industry
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to maintain long-term business partnerships
  • High level of precision, attention to detail, and ability to work with structured processes and documentation
  • Experience working with contracts, records, and partner-related documentation is an advantage
  • Strong self-motivation and excellent time management skills; excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Good understanding of IT software market trends, technologies, and platforms
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong PC skills and ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
  • Higher education in Marketing, Economics, or Business Management will be considered an advantage

Зарплата:

  • Monthly salary (gross): fixed from 2300.00 to 2800.00 EUR per month, depending on the potential candidate's skills, qualifications, experience + bonuses for reaching personal and team KPIs.
