Zabbix Cloud

Zabbix Cloud is a cloud-based platform allowing its users to run self-contained Zabbix instances in the cloud (cloud nodes).

Compared to a regular, on-premise Zabbix deployment:

  • No installation or maintenance is required
  • Cloud nodes are fully managed by Zabbix
  • Cloud nodes can be started within minutes

This service is offered on a pay-as-you-go basis (a free trial is available).

For more information, see:

Zabbix Cloud nodes currently run Zabbix 7.0. Cloud nodes run the same Zabbix software as on-premise installations. For in-depth information on Zabbix 7.0, see official documentation.

Cloud nodes and organizations

Cloud nodes and organizations are created using the Zabbix Cloud user interface.

A cloud node is the equivalent of a Zabbix instance, based in the cloud. It includes Zabbix server, the database, and the web frontend. A cloud node has dedicated computing resources (CPU, memory) and disk storage.

Users may create one or more cloud nodes. Cloud nodes can be grouped into organizations (structural, regional, etc), creating a distributed monitoring setup.
