OTLP template operation

Zabbix provides a range of ready-to-use templates for collecting and monitoring OpenTelemetry traces, metrics, and logs using Telemetry query items.

Steps to ensure correct operation of the templates:

1. Check the template's README file for any template-specific configuration requirements.
2. Create a host in Zabbix that corresponds to the monitoring target.
3. Ensure the TelemetryProvider parameter is configured in the Zabbix server or Zabbix proxy configuration file.
4. Link the template to the created host (if the template is not available in your Zabbix installation, you may need to import the template first).
5. If necessary, adjust the values of template-level macros.
